+ -1 moreWe had estimates from several area painters. These guys were very responsive. The paint crew was responsive, professional, and flexible. They stuck to their price estimate, even after we made some changes. We would use them again, and recommend them. We felt very comfortable with the painters that Richard sent out... they even loved our dogs.
Description of Work: They painted our home exterior, including trim, windows, and the body in 3 total colors.

+ -1 morePrior to re-painting, our home was on the market, but would not sell. The decorator's colors and the painters' professionalism --along with some other improvements that were made at the time -- transformed our home and updated it, so that it sold in a short period of time after that. Now, in our current home, we again need some interior rooms painted. In addition, we are seeking an estimate for the exterior and Richard Palmay Painting is on our list, based on the prior positive experience.
Description of Work: Richard Palmay and his employees painted every room in our large house in the mid town area, following the decorator's selections, and did a very professional job. I'm sorry but I don't have a figure for the amount we paid him, but it was reasonable, we thought, for the big job. The decorator's directions included trim and contrasting walls, and about 5 or 6 (maybe more) related paint colors. I was impressed at how precisely those instructions were followed. And when a question arose -- as it did, a few times -- Richard or his men, stopped to ask for clarification.

Description of Work: PECKERED CEDAR PANELING AND WOOD PANELING PAINTED IN LIVING ROOM, HALL AND KITCHEN. CEILING AND WOOD BEAMS PAINTED IN SAME ROOMS. KITCHEN CEILING PRIMED OVER WALL PAPER AND PAINTED.
