Description of Work: 11/7, 6/08, 12/08, 7/09, 3, 10 & 11 of 2010, 9/12, 5/13 & 2/2014: Complete re-design and remodel of bathroom and common bathroom. Installed new ceiling fans with lights and remote controls in most all rooms. Re-designed and reconstructed the kitchen ceiling creating voted ceiling with a hobgan light circle around fan. Added can lights on the dimmer in the kitchen, living room, entry. Replaced front door and with upgrade and back door. Replaced garage windows with upgrade and added solar screens. Now to continue with and have done: All the flooring, carpet and linoleum was removed and replaced with hardwood. Wood fireplace with gas, a high grade storm doom was added the the front door and added or replaced lights around the outside. Changed gutters and down spouts, added sown spout water catchers and installed whole house water filter. There were many more items done.

+ -1 morePretty much everything went as planned, although the weather caused a few unexpected delays. also, the additional extensive wood rot/fungus/mold found around the bedroom window caused a more extensive project in that area.
Description of Work: Consolidated several different jobs into one larger project including: - power washed and refinished deck, fence and play equipment - repaired/rescreened exterior door - painted interior master bedroom and bath ceiling because of roof leak - resinstalled master bath shower door - removed and repaired double window in master bedroom due to serious water damage; fungus and mold treatment, sill replacement, interior drywall repair, trim and paint - reworked guttering on rear of house - repaired and replaced numerous wood rot on exterior - washed, caulked and painted (2 coats) exterior of house
