I left a message, and Dee was extremely responsive and called me back right away to set up a time for her to come to our house to give us an estimate for a one time deep cleaning. She was able to fit us in the week of Christmas, which was fantastic as we had guests coming in from out of town. I met three ladies at our house in the morning (there were supposed to be 4!) on our house to get started, then headed off to work. They did a really fantastic job, our house has never been so clean, they even vacuumed the rug under our bed! They did an estimate for a once per month cleaning, which was going to be $265. This seemeed a bit pricey for regular use, and we need someone in more than once per month because we have pets. We are sticking with our regular every other week cleaning lady but will absolutely use this company again for a 1-2 time per year cleaning. We got what we paid for.

It's been a great experience. My wife is very picky with regards to cleaning companies and we've gone through several over the years. We're both really happy with the results. They are thorough, friendly, and we love that they use green products.

I live in a small one bedroom apartment. My apartment is very old and gets dusty. I have a small dog and I can't keep up with all of the dust and dog hair. I hired this company because I loved that they deep cleaned and used all green cleaning products. I was a bit skeptical if the green stuff would clean as well as my 409! I have to say, my apartment is CLEAN!!! This company did an amazing job. Everything was cleaned - including under my beds. Hannah and 3 other women worked in my home for 2 hours (I figured it would take them 30 minutes with 4 people). They cleaned things that I NEVER would have dreamed of cleaning: top of fridge, floorboards, pantry floor, tops of my doorways. They even cleaned my DOORS!! THE ENTIRE DOOR!!!! I'm just so happy! I feel like the weight and worry of cleaning my home is gone forever. I can easily pick up things until them come back next month to do it again. I HIGHLY recommend this company. The women were smart and worked hard to make sure I was pleased with every inch of my home. As soon as I met them, I felt comfortable giving them my door code. Hannah called me later that night to get my opinion on the cleaning. I feel like a princess! This is a great service!!!

First of all, let me say that the following report is nothing short of BIZARRE in my opinion, and I have yet to understand what is behind it. Most people are not interested in reading long pages of details so I will try to be brief, and will post the entire email exchange(s) below in case anyone is interested. I believe I did what I could to get to the bottom of this because I didn't want to have to post a negative report here on Angie's List. Even up until the last (unanswered) email I felt that if they apologized and tried to work things out I would have been obligated to accept their apology and give them another chance. I am relieved it is over, however, even though the outcome was certainly unsatisfactory. Basically, I was "fired" as a customer, but without explanation or attempt to resolve any perceived differences we might have had. Okay, so they don?t want to clean for me anymore. That?s their right. (Did they underbid my job in the beginning?) But my character was attacked by a false accusation that was allowed to go unchallenged. I was reported to have done something that amounts to assault. Hannah, the crew leader, apparently reported this incident to Dee Ferguson, the owner of the company at the time it happened, but Dee never contacted me to ask anything about it. She just waited 2 months until it was time for them to come clean for me again and then left me hanging out to dry! I emailed them all day yesterday, (posted below). Today our friends called Dee to tell her they had been present at the time of the reported incident and that they did not see anything that even could be perceived as this alleged assault -- that they have known us for over 20 years and have never seen either my husband or me behave in such a manner. She thanked them for calling and ended the conversation. Clearly, she wanted to believe her friends and disbelieve us, but I?m sure if we had made such an accusation against one of her workers she would have ?taken us on? to get to the truth. I would say of this company, ?beware?. They did an amazing job. They were knowledgeable, thorough, personable, and seemed to have a real interest in the job they were doing. The whole experience was fabulous. It was though they were cleaning their own house and not a stranger's.

The crew arrived at my home on time. They were friendly, professional and a pleasure to work with. I left during the cleaning and the crew leader called me when they were finishing up. When I arrived back to my house I couldn't believe how clean it looked and felt! There were no harsh chemicals smells present. My home smelled fresh and clean. I walked through the home with the crew leader and was shocked at how thorough everything was cleaned. My windows were shining, my curtains were vacuumed, my bathrooms were spotless and shiny. I have been considering repainting all the trim in my home, but now that it has been cleaned, I really don't need to. My house is STILL clean because all I really need to do is pick up and do minor cleaning in between the monthly visits. They really should call this detail cleaning. It is much like having your car detailed. My home has never been cleaned like this. The flowers were a great touch!! Highly recommend this company. Really loved the service, loved the people, loved the results!

My house is only 2 years old and we keep it clean. We do have two cats and one dog and two kids in a 2900 sf house. I wanted to have the "deep cleaning" they advertise done as a father's day gift to my husband and Dee contacted me about a cancellation they had so I took it. I have never had my house cleaned professionally before. Her quote was for 4.5 hours at $450.(2 levels,no basement cleaning) but I got a $20 discount for finding them in EcoConnect. She gave a detailed list of things to be done including wiping down of all shutters,door frames/moulding, vacuuming the edges of the carpet against the walls,light fixtures wiped, vents done, and more. As well as the master bed mattress vacuumed and sheets changed. Deep cleaning stuff. When I got home, I expected it to smell clean and fresh, and to have it sparkling with a big bouquet of flowers on the table as the reviews had suggested. I did not immediately see anything but a more clean hardwood floor and nothing that really stood out to me...especially no beautiful bouquet, just a small handful of daisies. No matter.. I went on to inspect and found that alot of things promised were not done. The door frames/mouldings and top half of my shutters were still dusty, and a whole set of shutters were missed, the edges of the carpet were not done, and the returns were not wiped and still dusty in all rooms. The kitchen cabinets still had fingerprints and the stove/oven grid on the front was still dirty. I am assuming the mattress did get vacuumed. They did a good job on the chair rail in the dining/office and the mirrors everywhere, and the black fridge door. Overall I was very disappointed. I did not feel the cleaning was the "deep cleaning" promised, but regular housecleaning that I could have gotten for alot less somewhere else even with green products used too. I did call and they sent a couple of girls out to take care of it, and they did, but I feel that should have never had to happen. I feel that as new as my house is without the years of buildup, that $450/430. was way overpriced. Unfortunately I will not be having them again even though the once a month cleaning from here on out would have been $280. It was hard to call and complain about their hard work, but I kept thinking about my hard earned $430.

3 young ladies arrived and got to work, very good job with wood blinds, windows, floors, sinks/tubs. Missed some areas of baseboard vacuuming, missed a whole wall of kitchen cabinets, 2 air vents in kitchen gray with dust and not done as promised. Glass windows on french doors in basement not cleaned. Workers left behind wet rag on master bdrm carpet and left behind a bin of cleaning supplies in formal living room...I got home as they were leaving and noticed items and ran them outside before they left. One of workers seemed to be texting every time I saw her during first hour I was home. Contacted manager and got apology and promise to be in touch about matter, have not heard back since. For the price I was disappointed and will not use them again.

Overall, I was mostly pleased with this service. I called Dee and scheduled an estimate for a few days later. Two days after our meeting, she emailed me the formal quote and details. Two weeks later we were able to get in the schedule for cleaning. If you are not a regular monthly or bi-monthly customer, it might take a little longer to get a spot. They were pretty busy! Dee was fabulous and I was very impressed with her when we met for the estimate. She was very patient with my two year old. However, she does not clean your house. There were a few items we specifically discussed and agreed to being cleaned but were NOT done. (in our case, I asked for the bottom vent grate of the refrigerator and the inside track of the windows). At the time of cleaning, I was told they don't do that.. ??!! I would recommend getting anything like that in writing. Small negatives: 1) I was dissatisfied with the cleaning of our kitchen tile floor. I was told the grout would be cleaned in my estimate and pointed out the specific areas. Dee did not seem to think it would be a problem at estimate time. During the cleaning, The girls did hand scrub the floor but it requires a stronger cleaner than "green solutions". I do understand that and wish they would have been upfront to say this wouldn't come out and spent more time elsewhere in the house. I called to discuss this with Brooke after the cleaning and did not feel like we reached an adequate solution. They were to send me confirmation of a future cleaning time and a quote for cleaning that did not include the kitchen floor scrubbing. I NEVER received this. 2) Few areas of vacuuming were missed in the basement (entire set of 12 stairs and area in front of the bathroom - when I redid it myself, I could hear the cat litter being sucked up... it wasn't ever done). Few areas in the corner of a main floor bedroom were missed. Rocker was not moved and obvious dust bunny/small trash still there. Not a big deal to me... I just redid it. However, Brooke did say we should be compensated for that "miss". Again, I did not receive future email correspondence regarding this. 3) They don't seem to clean the outside of the doors. I think that is stated as "not included". We had muddy paw prints on the outside of the sliding glass door in the kitchen which really stood out once everything else was pretty spotless. Again, minor thing given the overall job that was done. For the general cleaning of the house, it looked amazing and it felt so nice to have the house sooo clean! I would not be able to get it this clean in an entire weekend or two weekends of all-day cleaning. So, having a crew come in and do this kind of detail work was worth it. There were some small items that got missed and I think could be addressed in future cleanings once they know me and my house.

Arrived on time, cleaned place impeccably, very pleasant, very positive attitudes, very gracious and accommodating, called when finished and exiting the residence. Very appreciative of tip (these people deserve to be tipped, they work very hard and tips help encourage this positive behavior and help retain good poeple, in my own humble opinion). Answered phone promptly. Anytime I had to leave a message for Dee she ALWAYS returned my call within a reasonable amount of time or asked someone else to contact me. Dee also referred me to a rug cleaning company and eco friendly exterminator, both of them showed up on time, did top quality work and were very pleasant people to work with. I will definitely be using Dee's services again on a regular basis.

This is a great group of women that know how to clean. They are personable, neat in appearence, well spoken, and they get the job done with eco-friendly products. Your house will shine and smell great even if you have a dog. I am really picky and they know how to take care of your home. They even leave you fresh flowers. Such a nice touch.

My husband and I decided we needed help after we had our first child. We are both working full time and didn't want to spend our precious weekend time cleaning the house. This has been so worth the money! It saves us time and also makes our marriage better by not worrying about who is doing what. It was really important to me that I trusted the people that would be coming over to our house and I got a really great vibe from Dee when she came to do the estimate. My mom thought we needed someone to come every two weeks but it really has worked out fine to have them just once a month and our house gets dirty! We also have two dogs and two cats as well as the toddler. They are a little more expensive than some of the other companies I checked but I think it is worth it for them to use green non-toxic cleaners (which smell amazing by the way) and they do a much more detailed job.

WOW is all I can say for starters! From the first time I met Dee for her bid through the cleaning I have been extremely impressed. Dee was prompt, polite, professional and very personable when she came to bid. She had excellent follow up and communication from the time of bid through scheduling. I was unable to start right away and she kept in touch but wasn't irritating or pushy. While the price is a bit high I have a feeling I could not find a better value for the money and it is cheaper after the first cleaning. I have had MANY cleaning people through the years and this is the first time I have EVER come home and said WOW. It's not too often teenagers who get home before you text to say "OMG Mom the house is spotless and smells awesome!" It was the first time I ever felt like they did a better job than I would have done. I pretty much checked every nook and cranny and did not find a single spot they missed. I have a chandelier that I tend to avoid cleaning because the crystals are a pain and it was SPARKLING! The house smelled wonderful and they left a beautiful vase of fresh flowers as well. On top of everything I had lost a piece of jewelry (or thought I had) that was very special to me and I was delighted to find it sitting on my nightstand when I came home!! The lead cleaner even called that evening to see how everything went. I wish I could afford them every week! What an absolute treat to come home to after a busy day.

Brooke and her crew did an outstanding job. The place absolutely sparkled. I will definitely have them back as a regular monthly service. The fact that their products are eco-friendly is a plus. The vase of flowers they leave is a nice finishing touch as well.

It's gone really well. It's not your typical cleaning, they do all the baseboards, blinds, fans and make sure to get everything. It's a once a month deep cleaning of the house.

I was very pleased and thrilled to have my house so clean. The floors, doors and bathrooms sparkled. My kitchen was spotless and you could tell that they had done the deep cleaning I hadn't done in quite a while.

My family and I recently moved from out of state into a previously owned home. I needed to have the whole house deep cleaned, A Green Way Home Clean did a super job. The crew arrived on time and were very friendly and most importantly very thorough. The previous owner burned many candles in the house which left a lot of soot on cupboard doors, ceiling fans, light switch plates and windows and the cleaners did an excellent job removing it. The price seems quite reasonable to me for all of the work that was done in my home; and I truly appriciate the fresh flowers left on my kitchen counter when the job was completed. The house was cleaned while I was at work, so I came home to a spotless, lovely-smelling home and fresh flowers. What a treat! I'll be a repeat customer!

They are very reliable and they do a good job. They work hard. I've had their services for close to a year. They are efficient and courteous. They are a wonderful company.

When Dee first came to look at the house and give me an estimate I was skeptical of the once a month feature and the price. After I spoke with her I felt much better and now that they have been coming for several months I am completely sold. I look forward to cleaning day and it has been worth every dime. I've saved a fortune on cleaning products and they truly use environmentally friendly products. My house isn't an easy to clean because I have three dogs. I don't need to do much maintenance in between their visits. One time I accidentally locked them out of the house and they accomodated my mistake and came the next week. I'll never go back to a regular cleaning service again. Dee and her people are the best. I might add that she treats her employees well.

I contacted the owner, Dee to give an estimate on cleaning my home on a monthly basis. Her estimate was $325. She has now cleaned my home monthly for 4 months. The owner and 2 additional workers do a deep clean each month with all green products. They are very professional and courteous. They work quietly and efficiently until every area is sparkling.
