ast Saturday my roof was damaged by high winds that actually "blew off" several singles along the roof cap which I found in the yard. One of my neighbors lost a tree. Needing repairs, I began looking for a roof service to make repairs. Using Angie"s List, Home Adviser and Google I choose what I considered 3 top rated roofers. One never called back, another scheduled an inspection visit 2 weeks out. Dain, from 4 A Roofing, came to inspect the following Monday. I received his proposal Wednesday and the work was completed the next day. The top 3 ft of shingles, the roof cap, 9 roof vents and 2 fascia boards were replaced for under $2,000. 4A Roofing, LLC "Does excellent work and they do get it right." A hail storm in Pleasant Hill Missouri totaled the roof on my house. I had been waiting for an estimate for a couple of weeks, from a roofing company I had used for repairs and roofing on another home. Dain with 4A Roofing knocked on my door, I answered the door just as he was walking away. We started talking about the roof, which was a mess before the hail storm and looked real bad. After talking while about the roof he asked if it would okay if he checked it out, I said okay. He looked under the shingles at the edge of the roof and noticed it had the freeze guard under it and he said that was good. He looked at the rest of the roof and said there was a lot of damage from the hail, which the insurance company had already totaled. Dain told me about his company. The products he carried, the warranties and commitment to quality work. After talking to him about all of it, I was impressed with him and with the information he showed me about his company and pictures of work they had done on other homes. So I decided to go with his company. They started work in less than two weeks after signing the agreement for them to do all the repairs. I was really impressed with their work and that Dain did not just drop off his roofers, he would be working with them replacing the roof when he was not busy working with other clients. They found a lot of problems with the roof once they got into it. Dain showed me pictures and videos he had taken of the roof problems they found, that were not part of the hail damage. I can’t think of one thing bad I would say about the service I received. The service I received was excellent. Seem to really care about what you wanted and needed. I was given several option on what could be done, each option was explained in detail. Work from start to finish was done in a timely manner.
