Above and Beyond Home renovations

I do not recommend Saquich Sirie Beiry Eliaz, who goes by Eliza to perform work. I have a 100 year old house that needs updating. I found Eliza on Angi's list. He started off good with the demo in my basement, on time with his crew and working a full day with good results, but after I gave him a few payments it went downhill.. Eliza and his crew stole $308 worth tools we purchased for the remodeling, that we were not aware of until my husband examined the receipts and realized that none of the tools were in the basement. Eliza started asking for more money and was not 40% thru the job, so his request was declined. Eliza started asking for money for tools, $1200 worth, I told him no, my card is only for supplies, so later that evening, Eliza accused that someone stole from him at 6:57pm on Dec 16, when I sent him a video of his vehicle in front of my house, showing no one going into his vehicle. He sent another text at 10pm saying that someone came into my basement, pushed his worker and stole his equipment. I checked all my cameras, full view of front, side back...all perimeters of my home and both of my neighbors on each side is viewable and recoding 24/7, who also did not catch anything on their camera's and my neighbors across the street did not catch anything. I live in a family neighborhood, we all know each other and look out for one another. I will attach the message, it will blow your mind, how far people will go to get money...I will say, when I notified Eliza that I was calling BBB and police to make a report, he paid the $308 for tools. I am glad he did this. He does not want to make right or be held accountable for the damage he caused, money spent on wood for framing that was not done properly. Eliza destroyed the electricity. I will say he does ok with HVAC, but did not finish what he started. I asked him to start with one thing, then go to another project once the other is complete, but I feel like he was all over the place to have things not in working condition to get more money due to need for heat, electricity and water....You will see the pictures of what he done wrong. I pray that he is not able to take advantage of others, this is why I am posting this complaint. I have forgiven him for my peace and pray that no one has to go through what I am going through to get things done the right way. It's about doing the right thing by people. We are to do unto others as we would like to be done.

Perfect job and hard working

The work was to remodel basement apartment. Was done in professional manner. Was able to have my questions answered and results done.
