DISSEN ELECTRIC INC

After teminating the general contractor, Dissen Electric did not show up to the job site for approximately 6 weeks, further delaying our construction. They demanded upfront deposits. They fabricated 'extra's' such as a hose sock for the central vacuum system. They wired our dock incorrectly, then charged us to fix it. Old wiring was left. Circuit breakers unidentifiable. Alarm system unfinished. Whole house stereo a disaster of unfinished wires and cables. We were cited for electrical code violations in our municipality and had to hire and pay for alternate contractors to finish the job and/or correct their mistakes.

From Russell's coming out to give us an estimate through the entire process they were very punctual and professional. One thing could have been better and that was filling the dirt back in and leveling the dirt better. Rather than call them back, we fixed it ourselves. There also was a problem with the road washing out where they had dug up the road. After a call from us, they came right out and put rock down to fix that problem. We recommend them highly and am pleased we found them.

I would rate their service as job well done. I started the construction of my home in early 2007, with Dissen Electric's desire to complete their work as promised, I was able to move along with the construction of my home as scheduled. As finish electric is one of the last tasks to be completed, Dissen Electric came through as promised and helped me get the job completed in time for the final inspection for occupancy.
