+ -1 moreOut of the blue, the door latch to the back yard refused to open this morning. It was fine last night, but this morning I couldn't let the dog out! I called Wuellner and he arrived about 20 minutes later. He got the door open and found that the latch mechanism had failed. It was of plastic construction and he replaced it with a brass one. It only took about a half hour in all and it was apparent that he was very experienced. No extra charge for lock stories either. I considered his charge of $55.91 to be reasonable. $12 was for the latch replacement, $15 for labor, and $28 for "service call". He saved me time, trouble, confusion and anxiety, and Winston the dog also seemed grateful.
Description of Work: Opened broken door latch and repaired it.
