I purchased my water heater on line, called Titan, scheduled the job, they showed up on time, did the job in the time promised for the price agreed upon and left the place clean.
No fuss no muss or bother and I now have all the hot water I need.

Terrible experience. The heat feels the same from any other company. As long as she keeps up that attitude, my business will go else where. I gave them plenty of notice and never received a call. I was told I was called, but I assure you, I did not get a call. Everything spoken about with them was for nothing. They do their own thing. They lack communication.
