+ 0 moreI purchased my water heater on line, called Titan, scheduled the job, they showed up on time, did the job in the time promised for the price agreed upon and left the place clean. No fuss no muss or bother and I now have all the hot water I need.
Description of Work: I hired Titan propane to instal a Rinnai tankless water heating system as they are an authorised dealer. They did an outstanding professional job for me, I highly recommend them.

+ -1 moreTerrible experience. The heat feels the same from any other company. As long as she keeps up that attitude, my business will go else where. I gave them plenty of notice and never received a call. I was told I was called, but I assure you, I did not get a call. Everything spoken about with them was for nothing. They do their own thing. They lack communication.
Description of Work: They are very pricey. Their service over the phone is terrible. I am not talking about drivers, but in house-service. The worker named Tiff has been the worst representative I've ever spoken to. That's including customer and collection agencies I've also worked with, but she is on the top of the list for being terribly rude for no good reason.
