Description of Work: Summer maintenance of both upstairs and downstairs units inside and outside. Freon refills. Inspection and unclogging of the upstairs A/C drainage which was leaking.

+ -1 moreTerry has serviced our Hand AC units for about 15 years years. Each time we appreciate his services even more. He comes to our home promptly and his prices are the most reasonable compared to competitors. Even though he sells and installs Armstrong machines, he doesn't try to sell new units unless is absolutely necessary. Instead, he does his best to repair, change motor or replace whatever, and upkeep the existing units. He does outdoor and indoor work, as needed. We keep calling this expert because he is the best and most honest we have found in residential HVAC. Too bad he is planning to retire.
