Brian was fantastic! We were in a pinch to get carpets and tile floors cleaned and sealed, so I turned to Home Advisor. Brian answered our call immediately. He was prompt, personable. He cleaned the carpets in our rental property in Fayetteville first and they looked like new. He then cleaned our carpets at our home in Bentonville and they looked brighter and everything smelled so fresh! He then went back to Fayetteville to clean and seal the tile floors in the rental property so our tenants can move in Monday! Brian went out of his way to make sure I, as the customer, was completely satisfied with the job done and I absolutely could not be more pleased! If you want someone who cares about their profession and sees value in excellent customer service, Brian is the one to call! I would recommend him without hesitation! I won t use another company!

If you want an honest, thorough, and meticulous carpet, tile, and grout cleaner then look no further than Steamtec. Brian actually showed up before the appointed time! He was very courteous and friendly. As we walked through the areas I wanted cleaned he explained in detail what he could do in each area. He thoroughly explained what process he would perform in order to clean various stains and was very honest about whether he could remove them. He gave me a breakdown of what everything would cost and once the job was finished he charged me exactly what he quoted. I am very happy with the work he did and would not hesitate to hire or use Steamtec in the future.
