He was thorough and efficient, friendly and very helpful in assisting me with moving some furniture off the large carpeted area he cleaned. Difference in appearance after cleaning was significant. Brian was prompt and professional. He explained the whole process. My carpet is older, very light beige, and has some old stains. Some of the stains are still there, but not as bad. The carpet looks and feels much better, and dried quickly. Very satisfied customer.
