SteamTec was fantastic! I asked for a quote and Brian immediately called me. His prices are fair and he comes out to do the service himself. He takes the time to explain everything he s doing and walks you through the pricing breakdown before he even gets started. The whole process took about an hour and a half and he was done. He got stains out that I didn t think he would be able to! Very satisfied and will keep Steamtec in mind for any future needs!

Brian was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do and he did a great job. While talking to him he also cleans wood floors. I will be hiring him at a later date.

Brian was fantastic! My house was a mess. I had horrible dog odors and leftover moisture from using an at-home carpet shampooer. Brian was extremely up front and honest with me about what he recommended. More importantly, he was not judgmental about the state of the carpet. The carpets turned out smelling and looking amazing!
