 + -1 moreThey're really dependable and good. I really like them. It was a different kind of furnace for this area so it was really high because of what it was. I don't know their average price. Everything is covered under the warranty. They're very professional.
Description of Work: It was something that was under warranty that wasn't put in right from the previous couple years before. They also put a new furnace in three years ago.

Description of Work: I've have used Simpson Sheet Metal for 7 years to do service on the 3 ac/heating units in my home. In 2010 they replaced one of them with a new high efficiency system. I have been pleased with all their work, whether it was maintenance and inspections, repairs or the new installation. Today they were here to check the furnaces for winter and replace filters since it had been awhile since I had any service done.

 + -1 moreI have used Simpson Sheet Metal(branch office in Carthage, MO) before and have always been pleased with their work. This air conditioning problem occurred during Memorial Day weekend. I am sure that was a factor in my having to wait a few days for them to come to my home. When I called on Tuesday, they said they could not get there until Friday. The young man who did the repair work was courteous, professional and friendly. He checked the indoor unit first, before going outside where he quickly found, and fixed, the problem. I will not hesitate to use them again.
Description of Work: Repaired my air conditioning system--a wire was broken and the unit was not working.

 + -1 moreEverything was done in a very business like manner. Employees were very friendly and courteous. Took extra steps to assure we were satisfied with installation from quality to cleanliness. By having more efficent units installed, our utility bills have been reduced, and temperature in house is more constitent for heating and cooling.
Description of Work: Had new gas super hi-efficency furnace and outside unit with air filtration system installed.
