+ -1 moreThe guys show up when they say they will. They did a good job cleaning out the old, wet insulation. They were also generous with the new insulation they blew into my attic. The only problem that came up was that my attic didn't have baffle vents so the insulation ended up on top of my soffits. My soffits were all loose and damaged by the tornado so insulation fell out from the soffits onto the ground. I called Sewards and they helped me figure out what was going on and I knew I needed to buy soffits and baffle vents. They also sent a guy to come out and rake back the insulation before my new soffits were installed, without charging me extra.
Description of Work: Seward's used a machine to suck up all of the old insulation that was wet and damaged from all of the rain that got in our attic and house after the tornado. Then, they used another machine to blow new insulation in the attic.
