+ -1 moreMr. Berryhill said he would come by our house on Thursday, and he never showed up. He also never called to reschedule. He may have had a family emergency or other situation that prevented him from coming by when he said, but I was disappointed that he never called to explain or reschedule. To be clear, we never hired Professional Exteriors to do any work for us, so I can't speak to the quality of their workmanship.
Description of Work: I contacted Professional Exteriors to see about getting an estimate to replace the soffits and fascia boards on our home.

+ -1 moreHe was excellent. He was very good at what he did. He also installed my mother-in-law's patio door and he was very good. He also gave us a bid on remodeling our house. He was a little bit over on the bid but we still liked him. We have recommended him to others. His prices were a little bit high. He is such a perfectionist that we got high quality work. He uses the best materials and he doesn't skimp. He has a lot of work to do so he might be a little late on some things.

Description of Work: Installed guttering to my home. I had gotten 3 quotes for the job, and they were the lowest. They showed up exactly when they said they would, and while there noticed a place on my roof, which he patched while he was there for no extra charge.
