+ -1 moreShe asked me and I gave her the description and approximate measure of the rooms, and the stairs. This lady Becky began asking for my name, my address, etc... before answering my questions. After giving her my information, when I kindly reminded her of my questions about price, she hanged up on me. I called back a couple of times, but she had put the automated answering on me. Sorry but we would not use their services in our properties. I have seen many businesses fail just because a clerk is rude, impatient and intolerant.
Description of Work: The answering secretary did nothing to help with the services we needed. I called to get an idea about their prices, but got lack of professionalism and rudeness instead.

+ -1 moreA very bad experience for my first time using a Joplin carpet cleaning service. They were an hour late arriving because of equipment problems. Their equipment broke down again during the cleaning and my carpets were extra saturated with cleaning fluids and water. Carpets took over 3 days to dry completely; and because of the wetness and length of time drying, the carpet separated from the backing where the carpet met tile work in back entrance way and into master bathroom. They refused to back up their work and placed the blame on me for wet mopping my tile floors (which I never do. I have always used Bona Stone, Tile and Laminate floor cleaner to clean my tile floors from the Better Living Store!). Very unhappy with results and with them! I would never use them again.

+ -1 moreAbout 1.5 years ago I really needed to get my carpet cleaned so I called in PRO SYSTEMS CARPET CLEANING to help me get this done. I have been using the guys over at PRO SYSTEMS CARPET CLEANING for years now and are very happy with the service they provide. The team at PRO SYSTEMS CARPET CLEANING do fantastic work and I will continue to use them in the future.
Description of Work: About a year and a half ago I needed to have my carpet cleaned.

Description of Work: They were on time. Very nice. Did an excellant job working with a very dirty carpet in a rental apt. The apt. was empty and they locked up when they left, and called to make sure I was satisfied. I was more than satisfied. The former renter had let his 2 dogs soil the apt through out. He wasn't allowed to have dogs. I thought the carpeting was ruined as the whole apt smelled like urine the minute you walked in. Pro Systems guys went above and beyond and the carpeting was like new when they left.

Description of Work: Even after a devastating tornado, the company called to make sure the service was still needed and reminded me of their arrival time. Both men were very professional and thorough, explaining why some stains could never be removed and how to care for the different types of carpet throughout the home. I highly recommend Pro System!

+ -1 moreWhat i like about Pro System is that they are informative about the products they use, the will admit up front or call you if they cant get a particular stain or spot out and explain why instead of leaving it like other companies have done to me/clients. Pro System also has a very good sliding fee scale for rooms. Most companies charge a flat rate and if it doesnt meet that amount, other companies keep the extra $$$ for extra profit. Pro System charges by the room or by the SF and gives almost spot on quotes. Will definately continue to use Pro System in the future as well as recommend them to my clients.
Description of Work: I hired pro system to do a last minute cleaning job on a home i had listed for sale, before the final closing date. As the Realtor, i highly recommended them to the client and Pro System came in below budget, on time, and did an excellent job and wowed the new buyer! The carpets were not necessarily very dirty but when they got done, it looked like brand new carpet had just been layed. We turned around the next week and they did another job for a client of mine on an older house that had major stainage and traffic way stainage on white carpet. Again, on time, on budget, and quick! Went back to look at this home and again, looked like brand new carpet.
