Description of Work: I have used Power Washing Plus in the past, to power wash our house twice, and clean and brighten our deck. This was when he was in the early stages of establishing his business. He was very prompt and did a very good job. However, it had been a couple of years since we had him do anything for us. We called him this Spring to get an estimate for some cleaning and staining we wanted done. I left messages a couple of times and it took him quite a while to get back to us, and quite a while after that to get out to give us an estimate. He has raised his prices considerably, above what we are willing to pay for his services. So, I feel that now that his business is more established and he has bigger jobs, he is less inclined to care about individual home owner jobs.
