Noel's Carpentry

Noel listened very carefully to what I wanted and took his time in planning the project. The railing and gate he added to the porch blends in perfectly with the railing that has existed for 80 years. I have received many compliments on how Noel's work enhanced the beauty of my house and how it blends in so perfectly with the Craftsman style. The handrails and gate are very well constructed and strong. Noel was very prompt and professional, he communicated well about price and was very fair for the fine quality of work he provided. I could not be any happier with the end result.

It went very well. Mr. Thompson is very professional and an excellent carpenter with great attention to detail. I found his price to be fair and would not hesitate to recommend him.

We purchased a special of 2 hours of service for a set price. I paid for the service and did not get any response. I reached out and connected with the service company. He indicated that he would not be doing the service and that he had not been contacted by Angie's List. The entire transaction was extremely disappointing.

As far as I know everything's fine. The fence is satisfactory. They were prompt. They seemed pretty professional and got the job done in a short amount of time. They were very friendly. I was satisfied. They came out when they said they would.

He did fine, masked off the area preventing dirt and damage to other parts of the house; mixed and experimented to match old paint where he needed to touch up some. A first rate job on time at a reasonable price. tc.He had done some work for me years ago, but I had forgotten; he had not. He built little and quot;stoopsand quot; -- platforms -- outside three different doors out of the house. Did a very nice job then as well; all modern rot-proof materials, etc.

We paid around $3300 for the deck which includes a couple of fees for the deck that he custom built. The price was reasonable. He did great, he is really excellent and very much a perfectionist. He works alone but not the fastest but I have not seen anybody any better in terms of the work he does which is perfect and I think that is what he goes for, to make sure that his work is perfect. He is really good, very nice to work with and he cleans up after himself.

They couldn't improve upon anything because I really like the job he did. They have good quality materials, good quality work, reasonable pricing and good clean up.

Noel Thompson is the owner of this company. He told it would be $200 to repair the wooden fence but I gave him $250 because I had that number in mind and that is how I work with people. I thought, that was what it would cost me but he said that it would be $200 and I said that was not good enough. I gave him $250. I found him to do a very good job. What I like the most about him versus others I have used is that when he's gone, one cannot say that he had been there other than the work he had done. There would be no debris, nothing left to be picked up. He is very good about his work.
