Description of Work: Purchased a new Whirlpool gas range. On April 3, 2012 it failed to cancel the heating element in the oven. Metro attempted, without success, to get the Whirlpool company repair service to address the problem. The salesman, Tom Mourning, actually brought us a new unit and installed it. The negativity here is a reflection on Whirlpool, not Metro. Metro was very courteous and professional throughout the whole transaction.
