LOWE'S

ABSOLUTELY irresponsible and disrespectful company that does not value its customers or their time Missed their delivery/installation window of 12-4pm. No contact from them about anything and when i try to contact them all they'll tell me is that it was put on a truck this morning and they can provide no other information about when they might be coming to my house or if they'll even make it today. Seemed to have no interest in trying to help figure things out. Extremely unhelpful and customer service has a poor, lazy attitude Edit: several hours later and it's clearly not coming today but never was there any contact to attempt to communicate this with me. Just a silent no show. Calling the store they're only able to say that their deliveries are managed by a third party and they have absolutely no way whatsoever of contacting them or getting any information on it at all. Maybe someday hopefully I'll get my refrigerator delivered. Apparently not today. I do not recommend Lowes if you're getting a large appliance. They're not coordinated enough to pull it off. Edit 2: tracker just updated and apparently since they aren't responsible enough to deliver it between 12p and 4p on Friday they pushed it back to TUESDAY anywhere between 8a and 8p, during which i won't even be available for the delivery. I wasn't consulted or even notified of the reschedule, nor are they apparently going to give me any say because they blocked out the reschedule delivery button. Shoulda gone to Home Depot.

We needed windows in our older home. I began by researching windows and decided I wanted an all vinyl window with a solid reputation and warranty. I got quotes from 4 different installers including a general contractor with a good local rep. After considering window brand, reliability of the company, installers and price I settled with Lowes and I couldn't be happier. Chris, the salesman, was very responsive and responded to our request for a quote within a day. The installer, Jayme Richardson, was also extremely responsive and professional when he came out to do a final measurement before ordering. When it came time for installation day, Jayme's crew were punctual and worked very hard during the hottest days of the summer. I was impressed with the quality and craftsmanship of the work. The Pella 250 windows are very nice and I thought hit the sweet spot for quality and price. I would HIGHLY recommend. ( I cannot recommend Home Depot Joplin. I requested the same service quotes from them, waited 6 days, and never was contacted so I canceled the request. They were not included in the 4 quotes mentioned above as I never got a quote from them.)

The factory had messed up the dishwasher. They guy had to come so far to fix it that he didn't want to come. We had insured it for another four years after the first year. Since the guy wouldn't come, they just gave us back the money that we paid for it. My husband, being an electronics man, he just ordered the parts that was needed and fixed it. It works like a dream and they ave us back the money because the repairman wouldn't come. We had had it for probably three or four years and they still give us back our money for it. In fact, Friday, they're coming out with a new vanity in the master bathroom and they're going to install it. He cam,e once or twice and couldn't seem to fix it. We called him again to come and he refused to come so they said you've got it insured, we'll just give you the money for it. We're still using it, it works like a brand new machine. Lowe's called and they said, you have to pay for his trip up here. I said, absolutely not, its warranted for five years, I'm not paying a penny on it. We had one of those induction stoves delivered. I didn't like they way it looked inside so they came back and got it. It was two days before I was going to ave company for Thanksgiving and they got that stove changed and the new one put in before my company arrived, before I had tp start cooking. I have no complaints with Lowe's. They're a great place to shop and they take care of you.

when the blinds arrived the lowes installer promptly called and quickly and accurately installed the window blinds.

It was a good experience and I will being going to Lowe's tonight for carpet. We went to Lowe's to pick out the granite and then they sub the work out. They did a really good and we are really happy with the granite. The whole process was pretty good. It is good quality. I will continue to use them.

They took care of the delivery. They had to order the oven and it took a while, not necessarily their fault. They had good customer service and good installation. They really did a good job with that. The sales person was courteous, professional and good customer service.

That's where our appliances are from and they do a nice job. They did a nice job on the installation and everything was fine. They came on time and did a good job.

My children purchased a storm door for the front of my house as a birthday present for me and had Lowe's deliver and install it. I have been so pleased with the work that was done and love my storm door! My daughter was here during the installation and she was very impressed with the gentleman who installed it. I would definitely use them again!

I bought a white refrigerator, and when I got it home I didn't like it. They came to my house and replaced it with a black one. I give them A's across the board.

Their service is great, and I would always buy from them.

I love the results. He put a threshold under the door, and it opens and closes like a charm. The employees at Lowe's were all very helpful to me, and their subcontractors were also courteous and professional. After going through the stress of having my house torn up by a tornado, it was nice to receive good customer service and help getting things back to normal.

It was a breeze. It was a total turn key project. All I had to do is pick the color of countertop I liked, and Lowe's sent out someone from Solid Surface Designs to measure my kitchen counters. They quoted me the price, and then I accepted it. A month later, Solid Surface Designs came back and did the installation. They removed the old countertops, and put the new ones in. An hour later, Lowe's had a plumber come to my house to reinstall my kitchen sink. I paid him extra to replace all the pipes under the sink and replace the garbage disposal. Now I have a pretty kitchen, and it was so easy.

Everything was fine. The quality was fine and it has been great. They have a great array of products and they have a lot of experienced people working for them. I feel their prices are more than competitive. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

I have never been satisfied with what they have done. I had all the windows replaced in my house with all new vinyl windows. They are beautiful windows. My house has a balcony outside and the window sills inside were marble. So the contractor when he measured asked what I was going to keep the window sills as it was brown I didn't want to keep it and so said that he wanted the window sills and I was fine with it. He mis-measured all of my windows in my house which was $70000. You had to pre-pay it. When the windows came he installed them all and when he did the outside I had tell him to wrap the trim in aluminum so I wouldn't have to paint. I had brick house which had a brick window and then there is a piece of wood that goes normally under that which surrounds the window. He put a new piece of new wood there and then he wrapped it in middle but the windows were too big, he covered the leak hole where if the water gets in the window then it goes through the hole and he covered the leak holes with this wood. I didn't see it for a while. He finished the windows then went on. When I went out one of those were chipped the wrong way and when I looked I saw that all the leak holes were covered. So I contacted Lowe's and they didn't know what to do. They contacted him and he had a solution. So the install manager came with the contractor and replaced all of those bottoms with one piece of metal across there. I told them that it is just a metal and no wood at all underneath. He convinced me and I didn't know that the windows were too long. I didn't know that they were measured wrong. So instead of telling me that they were wrong and they would replace all the windows they just teased me with all kind of answer to it. So I have contacted Lowe's since then and they give me the run around and they act like I am just complaining old lady. I would not use them again.

Lowe's quoted the work, but hired outside contractors to perform the actual work. They did a fantastic job. Very clean.

The representative was fantastic. They did a great job and let us keep our stuff in storage for 8 months.We plan to use them next year for an additional bathroom remodel. They work with your budget and give you the best price possible.

One guy came out looked at it and said that they'll be able to put it on. He said that he would get it done before Thanksgiving and said that he'll try to get it scheduled as quickly as he could. The next day 2 people got here to put it up. It was very squeaky after they put it on so he sent somebody back out to check all those stuffs. They did everything to make sure that it stopped squeaking. I would use them again in the future.
