Horrible the damage was so extensive that I have had to replace all of the sill plate, box end boards and repair damaged floor joists, I have also had to remove the exterior wall coverings to expose the wood underneath remove and replace damage wood and recover by my self, he claims no responsibility for his incompetence. Do not trust, him he is a liar, he is Pro 100's golden boy and will sign off on any thing to make them and himself ill gotten money at the consumers expense. This whole experience cost me a huge $50000.00 dollars do not use this scum bag!!!!
Description of Work: He performed a Termite inspection on my house before purchase, reported negligible damage and treated the area that was infested with a whole lot of water.
