We were even provided with a prepaid shipping label for the return of the original item. Jerry provided us with exceptional, above-and-beyond customer service. This is a friendly company that stands behind its products. Very highly recommended!
Description of Work: We needed to exchange an item we'd ordered online from Lighting & Locks. This was over 3 months after its arrival, because we'd taken so long to have it installed by our electrician.
