+ -1 moreI am not pleased with their services. They allowed the rent to go uncollected for three months without informing me, they give the rental property to unreliable renters, also they failed to keep informed of any maintenance issues going on in the house. When the renters moved out and kept the keys, they failed to change the locks.
Description of Work: I pay $73.00 a month for this company to collect rent, arrange for property to keep up in repairs, and advertise to renters.
