+ -1 moreJoplin pool and spa's prices do not commensurate with their customer service. BEWARE -- if you pay first, you lose all rights to customer service. Jeffrey, the manager has consistently dealt with our issues with rudeness, arrogance and condescension. I'm taking my business elsewhere -- something I should have done the first time our pool turned green and Jeffrey sold me 100 lbs. of chemicals (that is not a typo) -- they were doing our weekly service but were "too busy" to address the problem themselves. It's a shame, because Trish and Andy, the couple that actually do the work, are very pleasant.
Description of Work: Joplin Pool and Spa has been servicing our pool for the past 2 years. They typically open the pool in May, and close it in October. Additionally, they do weekly pool service which includes cleaning and making sure the chemicals are balanced.
