Description of Work: Resurfaced walls in bathroom, hallways and ceilings. The subcontracted the resurface work. Super nice guy. He didn't cover, tape or cover everything. So mud got on some areas: bathtub and shower walls, thermostats, doors, stair railing. When he sanded dust was everywhere even though he did put down tarps. It took 3 days and left a mess that we cleaned up. Another day was spent laying covering walls, door openings, railing with paper or plastic. The next day they spent 4 hours spraying the orange peal texture. Anything not covered got some spray on it. They did some cleanup, removing the paper and plastic. The tape pulled up some of the finish on our wood floors. More repair costs for us. And the carpets on the stairs will have to be steam cleaned, maybe replaced. |They are nice people. Family business. The children that work in the business were respectful, hard working and efficient. |Would I use them again? Maybe. I know more today than I did before they started.
