Mike inspected the house we were in the process of purchasing, and we were very pleased with his work. He spent approx. three hours looking the place over and explained some things to my husband as they went throughout the house and outside. His turnaround time with the inspection results was next day, and included a 3-ring binder with color photos and written details which he delivered in-person. We recommended Hayes Home Inspection to a family member purchasing a house and they were also pleased with his inspection.

Very thorough inspection.

In the process of buying a home, I called around for several quotes before choosing Hayes. Mike was very friendly and professional on the phone and was the least expensive inspector out of the ones called. He was able to come the next day. He showed up early, and did a very thorough job. He spent just under 3 hours inspecting every last inch. He let my husband tag along, and he took the time to explain what he was doing. He pointed out each find very objectively, just the facts, never an opinion. That night he e-mailed me a copy of his report, and the next morning (a Saturday), he hand-delivered a binder with a hard-copy of the report, and also a CD full of pictures of everything he found. I was very pleased, and would recommend him to anyone looking for an objective inspector.
