+ -1 moreVery hard to contact. Sometimes voice mails were not returned. No reply after they received my check. Did not complete all work that was in the bid. Sloppy installation and would never recommend.
Description of Work: Installed new gas furnace.

+ -1 moreThey tend to be hard to get a hold of but, some of it is technical difficulties on the phone company's part. I have had to be very tenacious and keep trying. They have gotten better about returning calls. There was one instance of a no-show to an appointment. There have been a few calls from them to reschedule set appts. The problem is still being trouble-shooted but they have been very fair about there fees and have waived service call fees when the problem was not corrected the first time even though we all witnessed the system working when they left. They have performed repairs in the past that have resulted well for a reasonable price.
Description of Work: Serviced units, installed programmable thermostat per request. Unit needed repair and that is still in process.

+ -1 more6 months later, still have not heard anything from them, even after attorney sent letter demanding service. Friendly team, however, no follow through on service after they receive payment.
Description of Work: Blower fan on heating and cooling unit stopped working completely. Company came out and check out the entire syestem, finally concluded that the fan motor and burned out. Brought it back two days later and installed the new motor, however, it still did not work. He made some calles, did some test and concluded that the relay switch had gone out. Charged me amount $300.00 dollars and told me he would be back in a couple of days with the relay. Labor for the switch and trip back had already been paid. Never heard from them again. They will not answer when I call from my phone. I tried an other number and got through, they told be they thought it was fixed, but would be out the next day to take care if it. They never showed up and now they don't answer that number either.
