I am giving a lower rating for customer service due to one of the individuals being mouthy and complaining, not paying attention to details... I would not hire this individual again! The other worker was just fine and I would hire him again... he completed the work to my satisfaction after I inspected and found discrepancies and requested a little bit more cleaning and picking up in some areas.

Rowdy Harris of Harris Brothers was excellent in taking care of my gutter cleaning and repair.

Very friendly, good customer service, and right on time. He charged me $199 to clean a portion of my gutters. He cleaned a small portion in the front of the house (maybe 20ft) and probably 50ft of gutter in the back on the second floor gutter. He did a good job and sprayed them out. He does not use ladder standoffs so he is putting the ladder right against the gutter and that can put stress on the gutters. I think he uses them more for window cleaning. I wont use him again for this reason and plus I thought he was a little pricey.

Rowdy did an outstanding job on our windows. Our 25-year old house had never had the windows cleaned, so there was much built up gunk, and to make matters worse, we have storm windows as well.
