Service was scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Repair person arrived at 1:00. I opened the door and he said and quot;refrigerator.and quot; He did not introduce himself, apologize for being late or ask any questions about the problems with the refrigerator. There was no friendly banter and that is fine with me but I think he should have introduced himself and asked for some details about what was going on with our refrigerator. He went to work on the refrigerator, left for awhile, and then returned with new parts. He installed the new fan and then proceeded to pack his tools. He asked if I had a light bulb to replace the burned out light bulb. He asked why the cover was missing from the top of the ice bin. I told him that it had to be removed because the ice and the cold water dispensers only work part-time and we have to reach into the bin to get ice most of the time. He grabbed a glass from the kitchen sink and used the water dispenser -- it worked. So, he looked at me and said, and quot;it's working.and quot; I repeated my story about the part-time nature of the ice and water dispensers. He said, and quot;they're working now,and quot; and moved the refrigerator back into place. He looked at the water that had spilled all over our kitchen floor during the repair job and then said, and quot;you got a mop?and quot; I said, and quot;don't bother,and quot; and he of course, did not bother. He placed a metal case on our ceramic stove top and started writing up a bill. The case scratched the edge of the stove top. He gave me the bill for $140. I asked, and quot;what am I paying for?and quot; I thought it would be nice to have an explanation of the service that was provided. It was obvious that he had no concern about the other problems with our refrigerator. He said, and quot;I had to replace the fan.and quot; I gave him a check and he said, and quot;let me know if you have any problem,and quot; and he left our home. I have been pleased with Green Yates in the past and felt confident in calling them for this repair job. This is the first time we have needed service on our refrigerator. I still have confidence in Green Yates as a company but I will be cautious if I need another service call from them. I do not know the repair person's name because he did not offer it. I urge Green Yates to consider my experience and review their policies with regard to repair techs.

Quick response to my phone call--same day. The repair man had to make several trips to get the right parts for the dryer and frig. It was my birthday and we had plans to go out for lunch and he worked around that time frame for us! I would use their service again.

Their delivery service was great. The price included them coming out and delivering everything. They set everything up, and they did an excellent job doing that. They did not charge me extra for the setup.

I've used them for 10 - 15 years their just wonderful. I bought all my appliances from them and they haul away the old stuff when you buy them and they service the new stuff.
