Geek Squad - Best Buy

Took my computer laptop in to be checked out and it was to take him three days which I think is a lot longer than it should've taken. I kept calling back after three days. Was told that they have not been able to get to the computer and that it was on the shelf and they would be taking a look at it soon. After almost 2 weeks I walked in and they told me, they would have to send it in because there was something wrong with the hard drive. I ask how long would that take. I was told it would take 4 to 6 weeks. This computer was only four months old And is under warranty. I was told that the computer would have to be back up and they could do it for 100+ dollars. I told him I would take it home and back it up and bring it back to them so they could send it out. I took the laptop, home backed it up and decided not to take it back to him it is working fine the problem that I was needing to have taking care of was never taken care of, which was a message but it kept coming up saying something is wrong with this computer and you need to call this number right away and

The customer service here was terrible. I understand that they were busy, but we couldn't find a sales associate to help us. We felt as if we were being ignored and we almost left before making the purchase. The price was good, which is the only reason we bought the television here.
