Description of Work: I called and madam appt. unknown to me, my wife contacted another provider who came out and cleaned our chimney the next day. |Flames cheerfully refunded our deposit and overall were very professional. |I would call them again.

Description of Work: They fixed the damage to my fireplace. They relined the fireplace.They put a cap on the top of the fireplace.

+ -1 moreI called Flames a few weeks earlier and they made an appointment for us when they epected to have a crew in the area. They called me back a few days before to make sure we'd still be home that day and to firm up a time. Two men showed up on time and set up the equip. The explained to us what they were doing and why. It took them about an hour to thourohly clean our chimney. I saw no mess...but they spent several minutes cleaning the area around our fireplace anyway.
Description of Work: Cleaned and inspected my chimney. Then recomended the most life extending method to continue using my fireplace, and advised me on how often I should repeat the cleaning .
