+ -1 moreFirst time we were very satisfied and the second time not quite as much much. The work was fine and the carpet was fine. The first time we had a deadline we had it done at a certain time and a guy came out at five or six when his day was done and spent the time to finish it. I thought the actual bordering of the carpet and getting it laid was fine. We had a salesman that I wasn't quite as happy with, he was promising things he could deliver. I think the salesman oversold.
