Description of Work: Cleaned two rooms and a hallway that had pet stains. The work was done and there is no trace of the stains or odor. I would recommend this company to anyone.

+ -1 moreWe had had the carpets steam cleaned a couple of time, but the stains kept coming back. We were at the point of looking at new carpet. Alan from Crystal Clean Carpets asked for a chance to see what he could do. He was in and out in a little over an hour, drying time was less than an hour and the stains have not come back. The carpets and rugs look new again.
Description of Work: Two bedrooms and master walk in closet carpets and one large sheepskin rug and one area rug cleaned.

+ -1 moreIt is the 2nd time within the past 30 days I've used Crystal Carpet Cleaning and both times Alan did a fantastic job. I have a carpet cleaner and it will never be taken out of storage as long as Alan is in business. He was timely, explained what he was going to do and was a professional all the time he was working on my carpets. My wife even thought he did a great job and she doesn't think that about every service we have used.
