Description of Work: Billy came in to my home and gave an estimate to put in the laminate type flooring we had selected. We started the project on our own but very soon discovered it was more work than we had time to do. Our carpeting had a ton of staples holding it down - must've had a new staple gun. It took us forever just to get them out of one section of the flooring. Then we wanted the job to look professional, we wanted the flooring put down right. Billy figured my square footage and told me how many MORE boxes I needed. LOL. Then told me what it would cost to install the flooring per square foot. He took out the old floor that needed removed as well and did the doorways seamless like I wanted them, even though a threshold would have been easier. He was alone in my home for about three days. Nothing was disturbed. He is very trustworthy. He moved appliances and even the toilet and put a new toilet ring down in order to install the floor properly. We put it in the living room, kitchen, laundry room, pantry, home office and guest bathroom. I felt it was a very fair price and I felt it did a wonderful job. My flooring looks great. He was always polite. He showed up every day and worked until it was completed. IT took him about three days working til around five o'clock. He both gave me advice and asked for my opinion. I appreciated his honesty.

Description of Work: arrived several days in advance for estimate......estimated tiling top portion of walls on 2 showers and tiling a kitchen backsplash.....i bought materials (which he listed out what was needed)...showed up on time and worked until job completed.
