 + -1 moreTwo of the guys showed up exactly on time very next day after calling them, found the problem to be the electrical wires in the home having breaks in them and the fuse box being outside exposed to the elements, explained to me that their licence would not allow them to mess with the kind of wiring (very old) they would have to take it all out and it would be very expensive. Fixing the fuse box was qoated at about $2,800. But would need all new wires inside as well. Told me to talk it over with my husband and get back to them when we can did not charge us for the visit though they drove an hour to our home. Very nice guys.
Description of Work: Checked home do to loss of electricity to parts of home.

 + -1 moreI was concerned because my lights would suddenly come on or go off. He came that same afternoon and was very thorough and professional. He found nothing wrong. He said it could have been a power surge and advised to call Empire if this happened again to see if there had been a power surge and that would save me some money.

 + -1 moreThey were EXCELLENT. Wonderful and fast customer service from the first phone call until the post installation call. It was wonderful, they came in under bid!! Will definitely use them again in the future!
Description of Work: Replaced previously installed wiring from outside fuse (meter)box. The previous owners used PVC pipe and not electrical pipe. Also, attached main power to a 120v fuse box to an outbuilding and installed a ceiling fan.
