The work took 2 5-day weeks, including masking and power washing in preparation. I estimated they put in about 90 man-hours. High quality paint was used and invoices for all materials provided (at my request). Acryllic paint used on metal doors. I was able to approve colors (2) before paint was purchased. All rain gutter down-spouts were removed for painting and then properly and firmly reattached. Excellent appearance and cleanup complete. The porch ceiling required extensive scraping and re-texturing. Minor repair of flashing with wood screws was done around back door of garage without my request and at no extra charge - it had never been done properly when the house was new 13 years ago. A little pricy, perhaps, but he delivered a quality job. Roger Beaty's business card says he has been in business since 1983. He painted my house , interior and exterior, when it was new in 2000.
