They were courteous, on time, and kept in touch to coordinate their work with the counter-top installers. This was difficult working in the cramped space under the sink and in awkward positions. They were eager to please, and returned promptly when there was a an additional issue to be taken care of.

They were fine. It was not anything complicated but the quality of their work was good and timely.

Only plumber who offer to come same day. Was on time. Did not make me feel stupid as it was only a hose that came off inside the tank.

I called and received same day service. They said they would be here approximately 2:00 and they were able to get here before then around 1:45. They corrected the issue in a short period of time and were on their way.

We felt they did a good job. They were prompt on the time they said they would be there. They did get called to an emergency job but got back as soon as that job was finished. They got the work done in a reasonable time, even did some extras, as to fix some of the work the last plumber did not do correctly. Overall we were pleased with the service and would use them again.

I had a leaky bath tub faucet in my master bathroom. I called A - Quick Sewer and Drain and they came out the very next day to take a look; there was no charge for the evaluation. They said that I needed a new shower faucet, but that I didn't have an access panel so they would have to create one in order to provide any service. ***They gave me an estimate of $215 for parts and labor.*** I agreed to this price and the men left to go and get the necessary parts with the intention of returning 45 minutes later. They did return, but closer to 2 hours later due to receiving an emergency sewer call. This was fine with me, but it would have been better if they had called me to let me know they would be a little later than expected. They shut my water off and proceeded to fix the leaky faucet. It took them less than two hours to cut the access panel, install the part, and close everything up. They were quick, quiet (I had napping children that were not disturbed), and efficient. I did not have enough cash to cover the whole cost, so they were willing to work with me and let me pay what I had now and finish paying the rest next week (I don't think that is normal, as their invoice states that payment is due at the time of service). They wrote out an invoice and double checked their work before leaving. They also left everything very clean and tidy... I didn't have a huge mess to clean up! I was a little put off when they first showed up because they didn't look very professional. Their van was a little beat up and didn't have a logo written anywhere on it that I could see. They were not wearing uniforms of any kind either (the older man was in sweat pants and the younger man was in jeans), but don't let this put you off! They were nothing but courteous and respectful the entire time they were here (said things like "ma'am" and "excuse me"). For those women out there who are single or have husbands not at home during the time of service, know that I didn't feel the slightest bit uncomfortable having the A - Quick team here while my husband was at work! ***My father owns his own maintenance/handyman business elsewhere and I called him to check on this estimate. I wanted to make sure that I wasn't being taken advantage of or going to pay too much for the service. He said that if he had to do the same exact job, he would have charged closer to $400 for parts and labor! If I ever have any plumbing/drain issues again, I will definitely be calling A - Quick to come back.

Great service. Called for the free estimate and they got there and knew exactly what the issue was. Fixed it pronto and tenants are happy. Could not be more pleased and will use them again in the future.

Last September I had a clogged drain so I called in A - Quick Sewer to help me solve this issue. The technicians at A Quick were very nice and were able to resolve this issue right away. I would definitely use this service again in the future.

For the last 4 years my kitchen sink has not drained properly. After investigation I determined the drain pipes had worn out due to a poor initial install. I replaced the interior pipes yet it still would not drain properly. A-quick came out and in 15 minutes got it cleared out. He also gave me some tips on my new pipe install, on how to make it drain even better. They gave me additional advise on how to keep my pipes clear by using Dawn soap once per month. He was very nice to talk to and also brought his grandsons to help. I will be using him again.

Our kitchen drain pipe was severely clogged farther than 25ft. There were two guys who worked on it for 20 minutes or so until it flowed freely. They also gave advice on how to prevent kitchen drains from clogging over time due to grease/film build-up. He said to "Fill both sinks completely full with very hot water. Add a whole bottle of liquid dish soap, then release the mixture. Do not use the sink for a little while so the soap can sit in the pipe." I was very satisfied with the service and the price.

He passed by my house, called and said he could not work in this county.

Ive relied on the services of this company for a few years at a few of my properties and never been disappointed, they are always quick to show up & finish the job. Their prices are very affordable and the work is great quality. My crawl space has always been flooded and they didnt mind going into the water and finding the problems. I needed a sump pump, backflow preventer, and the piping underground was replaced as needed. after lots of rain the pump overheated & they came to check on it for free (breaker just needed flipped). They let me know all the problems with the plumbing and fixed them quickly for a great price compared to other estimates i got.
