+ -1 moreI went to their office at around 10 am on 8/30/2016 with the goal of purchasing springs and performing a DIY repair on the garage door. I left with an appointment for a professional to perform the job for me. At 2 pm the same day, a very courteous technician named Stuart was in our garage working on the garage door. we conversed the entire time as he was working at the same time learning a few tools and tricks to their trade via the tutelage of Stuart. After completing the assigned task, he performed a complete service of the garage door and discovered a motor bearing that had a short life left and after inspecting it, I agreed completely. For an extra $50 for the parts, he also repaired that portion of the garage door saving me a $75 future service charge if he had not been so diligent. His visit lasted less than 1.5 hours. I was extremely pleased with their responsiveness, and service excellence and would recommend this company for anything garage door related without an ounce of hesitation. Description of Work: Called at 9 AM for repairs to a garage door that had jammed, come out of the track and unspooled the tension wire on one side. Workers were there at 1 PM and completed the repair quickly without needing parts. We were very satisfied with the level of service provided and would definitely use them again.

+ -1 moreWe bought our house three years ago. We have had constant issues with remotes not working or the garage door not activating when using the wall mounted control. We were concerned that the motor may be under sized. The technicians were able to adjust several settings, serviced the springs and rollers, and made an adaptation to one of the sensors that corrected all of our concerns. At no time did they advise purchase of a new system. They took the time to show us how to service and trouble shoot the system.
Description of Work: Did a complete assessment of all aspects of our garage door system (remotes, sensors, motor, springs and rollers). Made adjustments as needed.

Description of Work: on 5-22-2011 a f5 toronado destoied 1/3 of the city of joplin mo. at 9am on 5 23-2011 they came and installed my door.pros and delivered as promised.i was supprised to see them as most roads were impassible.they did an exceliant job.there was no change in the price they quated because of the loss of property or the demand for service.they are pros honest and dependable.they are the only door co in joplin that i would ever use
