Description of Work: John and his team replaced the shingles on my approx. 6000 square foot roof. His crew of five completed the entire job to include cleanup in a little over a day. The new roof looks absolutely perfect! Great workmanship and attention to detail. Every step of the process was easy and John was very understanding when I called and told him that I wanted to change my choice of shingle color just a few days before the work was to begin. There is some siding work that I want to have done in the future and I've found my go-to guy for home improvement projects.

Description of Work: JCR was very timely and communicated well what they were doing. They were very speedy in replacing the roof but I would have rather had them take a little more time and do a better job. At least 4 nails were found uncovered in the wrong part of the shingle. The straightness of the rows was not what I would expect from a roofing company. I feel they should have replaced more sheets than they did. They nailed flashing over some soft spots instead of replacing the sheet. They did have the roof completely replaced in 6 hours though.
