+ -1 moreMy AC was not working properly. The neighbor was having her AC worked on and I saw the Woodman truck in the drive...so I called the number on the side of the truck. I was pleased to find that the technician was able to come by immediately following his work next door. He unplugged and recharged my AC within a half-hour and left everything clean and tidy. I was pleased with the work and timeliness.
Description of Work: The drainage tube for the AC was plugged and the coolant needed recharging.

+ -1 moreOur house was built in 1965 and the furnace is original to the house. Its a good furnace, but needs a little TLC every winter. Woodman Engineering was a company we picked out of the phone book. We called and they showed up the same day and fixed the furnace. Every year, for the past six years, we call, they show up, and fix the problem. Recently, we were in the process of selling our house - it was a nightmare of a process - but when the inspection showed that the furnace needed maintenaince, we called, they showed up, and fixed the problem. Their prices are reasonable and they are always on time and professional. We would have had some cold nights with out them.
Description of Work: Repaired boiler pump, replaced thermocouple, cleaned burners, and cycled system. Replaced and properly re-installed a connection cord to the wood furnace. Yearly maintenance of furnace.
