basement remodeling
+ -1 moreThis was a 1920's home that has gotten a total facelift. It looks amazing! Tyson is easy to work with, fair, honest and has an attention to detail. If something wasn't quite right, he made it right. He and his crew can do EVERYTHING! He is a one stop shop. Tyson is a Civil engineer turned contractor. He seems to have an appreciation for older houses and it shows in his craftsmanship. I liked him so much that he is starting on a second rehab for me.
Description of Work: Took 5 layers of roofing off of a house, re-roofed house. Re-roofed garage, placed new siding on house and garage, tuckpointed brick portion of house. Refurbished 2 balconies and steps. Painted kitchen cabinets, put in new countertops, sink and new dishwasher. (there was not a dishwasher before) Made a cabinet to match the existing cabinetry. Painted entire house including ceilings and trim. Sanded, stained and polyurethaned all the hardwood floors. Hung new lighting. Placed a mosaic tile backsplash in the kitchen. Fixed garage door.
