+ -1 moreThe technician was very pleasant and helpful over the phone when I inquired about whether they would be able to promptly service my unit. The receptionist, however, was disinterested, uninviting and cold when I dropped off the unit. The work was done in a very quickly and once again the tech to whom I spoke on the phone was very pleasant and helpful. The downside was just having to pick up the unit and deal with the receptionist. She almost convinced me not to come back to this business; had it not been for the professional attitude of the techs working there I would not recommend them.
Description of Work: Serviced tower PC to resolve log-in problem due to unusual error message presenting itself.
