Justin Raithel came to the house and was very friendly and professional. He came in with all the tools and only had to go to his truck twice to get parts...he was a very knowledgable. He quickly diagnosed what needed to be done and began working...withing minutes, the faucet was correctly installed and he was working on the disposal. Because we changed from a 3 sink tub to a 2 sink tub, he had to cap one drain. After installing the disposal, he continued to finish installing the drains and then began working on the dishwasher. The dishwasher wanted to be stubborn and had two small leaks, so he replaced parts I had installed (and didn't make too much fun of me--we agreed it was the quality of the american made parts he installed compared to the imported parts I had installed). He finished the job and left after 3 hours of hard work (mostly under the sink)!
