flooring contractor
 + -1 moreContacted Prenger Carpet to install new carpeting. Carpeting was installed promptly. However, we have now noticed that the carpet on one of the stairs was improperly tacked down and we need to have the carpet layer return to tack it down properly. We have been trying to contact Mr. Prenger to see when this could be done, but he is VERY DIFFICULT to contact. When we finally did speak with him, he assured us he "would be out this week, if he could" and that was 2 weeks ago. No phone call to let us know he would not be out nor when he would be able to come repair carpet. We are still trying to contact him, but have only been able to leave call back messages. If he is unable to do the work, we would like to know so we can find someone who will promptly fix the problem.

 + -1 moreFantastic!! Brad and his guys are awesome to work with. They showed up when expected and stayed on the job until completed. He was a huge help in picking out tile and design work....hi recomendations were spot on!! He is tiling a walk-in shower and floor for our bathroom, as well as the floor tile for our porch . I HIGHLY recommend him!!!

 + -1 moreThe kitchen was pretty straightforward once they had everything taken out. I was very impressed with the crew that came to the house.
Description of Work: They had to totally rip out the kitchen floor and go down to the subfloor and put in new flooring and adhere the tile to it all. They also finished up a porch and extended it by two feet.
