Description of Work: Rude Cleaners, Terrible job,They finished early, didn't do anything but vacuum and left.When the inspector came, she had to call another cleaning team to finish and they showed up the next day

Description of Work: I have been using Merry Maids once a month for over 3 years. They always do a very good job. They always show up on the day and approximate time that they say and I can always count on them to do a good job. Once, they accidently broke two very expensive wine glasses when I was not here. Accidents are going to happen -- how a person responds to them tells me a lot about them. They handled it very well. The maids set the glasses out where I could see them right away, left a note apologizing for the accident and gave me a number to call their boss. I called, and after I offered proof of the replacement cost they paid it without any question. I would highly recommend using them to others.
