Description of Work: Gray was on time to the minute and very professional. Although he was unable to fix our oven due to parts not being available any longer, he was very courteous and knowledgeable and went out of his way to try and help our situation. Would definately call him and recommend him again.

Description of Work: We initially contacted this vendor as they were one of two we had narrowed down our search and he was the first one we got a hold of. Since we lived outside his normal route he found us a place to drop off our appliances to be serviced. When he found out one of them would cost more to fix than replace it, he found us a used, refurbished washer that meet our needs. He was friendly, professional and willing to work to our schedule.

Description of Work: He found that there was a problem with my fuse box and the dryer was not getting enough power. He fixed that and it is working fine. He took $25.00 off his service charge because it was an easy fix for him! Very nice man and honest. Will use him in the future.

Description of Work: My dishwasher has been leaking and I called to schedule a service call. I described the issue, gave the brand and they said that it would not even be worth the service call, I would be better off buying a new one. I was so impressed and pleased with their honesty!

+ -1 moreGray did a great job ... when I called him, he asked a series of questions ... determined the auto defrost heater had failed. He ordered the parts scheduled an appointment for the next day. He was spot on with his assessment over the phone ... fridge is working great now. Saved me hundreds over buying a new fridge.
Description of Work: Replaced auto defrost heater and thermostat on GE side by side fridge.

Description of Work: I was very detailed about the problem so the repairman came with part in hand. The service call took less than 10 minutes. He screwed the new agitator piece in and we were done. I didn't get a receipt from him so I don't have any idea how the pricing broke down. He made no comments about the price of the part. It was such a short encounter that I didn't notice he didn't hand me a reciept - not sure what to think about the cost - it woud have been easier to know if I had gotten a reciept. It seems to be fixed so I have no problems with the repair.
