Left very offensive and rude message on my voicemail laced with profanity

Jim Chilton does work for my landlord and was yelling at me because I keep it so cold in my apartment. Raised his voice to my mother and I, then he stomped out. If I remember correctly, I pay my own electric bill sir. I've had this same experience several times. VERY unprofessional guy. Would never recommend him nor use hI'm or his company ever.

He was very friendly, responsive, and respectful. Helped me with my warranty.

Central AC unit went out called Jim at JC Heating & Cooling for an estimate. They beat the price of the larger HVAC dealer/installers in the area. Not only did Jim and his crew do a great job, he loaned me a couple of window AC units before I even excepted his bid. Great job, great system ... cut my utility bill by 25% the first year.

Would recommend. Purchased a new furnace at a fair price and the crew that installed the unit was professional and left the work area clean and you could not tell other than the new furnace they had been there.

After we turned our central air on this year, and it didn't work, we were devestated. We called JC Heating and Cooling, and they responded quickly. They provided quick service, quality working unit, and took care when disposing of our old unit. They were fast and installed our unit before collecting from the insurance company. Thanks to them, we were able to stay cool during this sweltering summer heat!!!

They not only fixed the problem, they are also saving us money because of their solution. They were fantastic. The worker was very thorough, and he even came at night to service us. This company is great.
