+ -1 moreI came to know Butzer's staff through working with them through my job. At the time they didn't do a lot of house calls b/c they were focused more on business but they agreed to help and I found them to be professional and thorough in their work. They may cost a little more than the competition but they stand by their work and offer a guarantee behind it. Who else does that? I have even trusted them to come into my home when I was not home to service my unit and lock up afterwards without any problems. I have never, ever had a problem with them or their staff. Service members even call before they come to your house to let you know they are xx minutes out and confirm that it is still ok for them to come by. I wouldn't think of calling anyone else to service my home. To me, they are family.
Description of Work: They have service AC and heating for me as well as redone necessary plumbing.
