Description of Work: Was to install full house siding with soffit and fascia.

Description of Work: Yes they talk the fast talk. She had my husband so confused that it took me two days to get him to understand what they we're going to do. He did not want to hire them.But I hired them any way.He said that he didn't believe them. And they make you pay half up front and they give you three days to change your mind.we we're not very informed about how to go about hiring some one to do this kind of work. They said that they we're the best price around. we took them at their word. and never checked around which is my fault. So I take the blame for that. The workers we're very good. But they are just a company that they hire to do the work. When they had the work almost done I looked at the gutters and I pointed out that they we're different color they said that they would look at the box to see why they we're different. when they came to finish the job they just started working and never told me any thing about it.They said Keri told them to tell me that one was metal and the other was plastic. (and it looks like SH . ) I told the guy that was putting them on that one is white and the other is cream color. I called Keri and told her that I didn't like the way that they looked. She said that there was nothing that she could do about it that they we're both white. Everyone that has been at my house says that they can tell that they are not both white. Oh well what can you do about it. And then we got a big rain and the gutters started leaking'I called Kari up and told her about it. She had me take a picture of it and send to her, I did but she said that she never received the picture. I don't know if she did or not. My end said that she did.Nothing was done about it. I called her back and asked her if she was going to have some one check this leek out. She said that she had a guy down in my area in about three days she would have him stop by and see what the problem was. Never did. So I called her the third time never called back.Then we got rain again and it was still leaking. I called again the fourth time. Told them that they need to get some one out here to check this out or I was going to take them to small claims court. Well I guess that got to them.Keri husband John the boss came at the house about 6:00 am. the only time that he ever came to see about the work or any thing. They never called me to tell me that they we're coming out. I showed him where it was leaking. He went up on the roof and said that the guide wires and the hooks we're rusted and the water was running through the wholes. I believed him. He said that he had a couple weeks of work to do and when he got that done he would come back and take the antenna off and wires I told him that i would pay them who ever did it cause My husband and i can't do it.That was about six months ago. I have never heard any thing from them. If you have a big company like there's is why would you tell the customer that you will do some thing and then don't do it? He is the one that said that he would fix the problem. I ask John when the guys we're on the roof why didn't they see the problem? He said that they should have seen it. It never leak like that before. Keri said that any thing that needs to be fixed would be fixed well that wasn't. No i would not have them do any thing for me again. I was going to have them do all my windows but not after I have been lied too.

Description of Work: Replacing gutters and gutter guards, downspouts. soffitts, & fascia.

Description of Work: We had a 20x12 sunroom added onto our house. Our house siding and roof pitch and shingles were matched and the room actually looks like part of the house and not just an add on. The interior has a cathedral ceiling, triple pane glass and car siding.

Description of Work: They tore off the whole roof and put on new truses along with a metal roof, siding and windows. They also put on gutters.
