CENTECH HEATING & COOLING

They were the only company in my area that worked on our then Heil heat pump system. They came on a Tuesday to look at our system. I was not present, my husband was. They told us that our compressor was out and with the age of our unit they recommended a brand new system be installed. Gave us a bill for the assessment and told us someone would get us a quote the next Monday. (6 days from then) Three weeks later I received a call that the estimate was done! They wanted to know if we wanted it mailed to our house. I had already called 2 other HVAC companies to give us an estimate on a brand new unit by then. One was scheduled to come the day Centech called. We have two small children and the heat had gotten to extreme levels (80's to 90's with high humidity) for Spring in Missouri. We were using box fans for over 3 weeks. I would never recommend this company. They did not care about our family. Don't promise to give someone a quote in 6 days and then not deliver a quote for 3 WEEKS!
